Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and guide guests through their spa journey, ensuring a warm, attentive, and personalized experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tranquility throughout all spa areas.
- Recommend treatments and wellness products with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the spa team to achieve high guest satisfaction and uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards.
