DESCRIPTION
Workster is partnering with a leading BPO company in Portugal to recruit Customer Service Experts for a leading medical company.
This role is designed for professionals who want to apply their expertise in a dynamic and international environment in Lisbon. You will provide expert support for clients in the medical field.
Your Role
- Responding to inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries about Insulet products with confidence and
- professionalism;
- Providing empathetic, timely support and clear guidance to resolve customer service issues effectively;
- •Requesting and collecting updated documentation required by the customer’s payer;
- Completing order entries and coordinating the shipment of products to customers, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent European Spanish and good English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle complex customer cases independently.
- Comfortable working with multiple digital platforms and banking tools.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
