Lead the Future of Live Gaming Operations
Are you an experienced operations leader ready to take ownership of a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of a modern Live Casino studio in Belgrade, Serbia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader with strong operational expertise who thrives in high-performance environments and enjoys building successful teams from the ground up.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Live Casino studio
- Supervise, motivate, and develop large operational teams
- Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient shift planning
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
- Analyze reports and KPIs to support business performance goals
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Collaborate with HR, senior management, and other departments
- Handle operational risks and support crisis management procedures
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Manage vendor relationships and studio facilities

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Management
- Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment is highly valued
- Fluent English and Serbian skills (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Good financial understanding and budgeting experience
- Quality-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexible and adaptable personality with strong people management skills
- Comfortable working flexible shifts when required
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- High School diploma required
