Lead the Future of Live Gaming Operations

Are you an experienced operations leader ready to take ownership of a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of a modern Live Casino studio in Belgrade, Serbia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader with strong operational expertise who thrives in high-performance environments and enjoys building successful teams from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Live Casino studio
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop large operational teams
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient shift planning
  • Maintain compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
  • Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
  • Analyze reports and KPIs to support business performance goals
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
  • Collaborate with HR, senior management, and other departments
  • Handle operational risks and support crisis management procedures
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
  • Manage vendor relationships and studio facilities
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Management
  • Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment is highly valued
  • Fluent English and Serbian skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Good financial understanding and budgeting experience
  • Quality-focused and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible and adaptable personality with strong people management skills
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts when required
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • High School diploma required
