- Provide outstanding support to consumer electronics customers via inbound calls.
- Assist with sales, aftersales, delivery queries, and product-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems using your knowledge of products and resources.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Meet performance KPIs including NPS, AHT, FCR, and QA scores.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills: Native or C2 level in Swedish, and B2 level in English.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced PC knowledge and the ability to work with multiple applications.
- Personality: Affinity for technology, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
