  • Provide outstanding support to consumer electronics customers via inbound calls.
  • Assist with sales, aftersales, delivery queries, and product-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems using your knowledge of products and resources.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Meet performance KPIs including NPS, AHT, FCR, and QA scores.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Language Skills: Native or C2 level in Swedish, and B2 level in English.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced PC knowledge and the ability to work with multiple applications.
  • Personality: Affinity for technology, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
