Swedish-speaking Account Executive in Barcelona, Spain

Do you want to take the next step in your sales career and work with digital advertising solutions in an international environment in Barcelona, Spain? Our client is looking for a Swedish-speaking Ad Sales Account Executive to drive growth across the Nordic market.
In this role, you will combine business development, full-cycle sales, and early-stage account management to build long-term advertising partnerships. You will work on-site in Barcelona in a dynamic, performance-driven environment with clear targets, structured onboarding, and a competitive compensation package including fixed salary and bonus.

Identify, enrich, and prioritize outbound target lists focusing on high-potential Nordic accounts
Execute targeted outbound sales strategies in collaboration with sales leadership
Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media to decision-makers
Perform in-depth discovery and qualification calls to understand client needs and advertising goals
Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to senior stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal
Negotiate terms and close new business while ensuring a smooth handover
Act as the main point of contact during the first 90 days after closing
Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization insights
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective advertising solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not a must)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, combining business development and account executive or account management responsibilities
C1 level of Swedish and advanced level of English
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, and social media ecosystems
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Gross annual salary of 25,330 EUR plus up to 4,470 EUR gross annual bonus
