Foundever is hiring Technical Customer Support Agents with native or bilingual Portuguese and advanced English and Spanish to join a long-term project for a prestigious premium automotive brand.

Your responsibilities
• Provide high-level technical and customer support via phone and email
• Support customers in Portuguese, English and Spanish
• Ensure a professional, customer-focused experience aligned with premium brand standards
• Handle and follow up on customer cases using internal systems
What we offer
• Permanent contract from day one
• Full-time position: 39 hours per week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00
• Competitive salary: €22,500 gross per year (language bonus included)
• Paid training, fully included in your contract
• Hybrid work model:
- 3 days onsite at the client’s offices in Madrid
- Monday and Friday working from home
• Weekends off
Requirements
• Native or bilingual Portuguese
• Advanced English and Spanish (minimum C1)
• Interest in technical support and customer service
• Previous experience in technical support or technology-related environments is a plus (automotive experience not required)
• Experience with social media is an advantage
• Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate
