DESCRIPTION
At Grupo Adecco, we are looking for customer service call center agents with advanced German language skills for an important contact center.
WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?
- Your main duty will be to answer calls and respond to chat messages for an important company in the banking sector in GERMAN.
WE OFFER:
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday (5 days a week) shifts:
• Mornings from 7am to 3pm - 5 positions
• Afternoons from 3pm to 11pm - 5 positions
- Training: under contract and paid from day one. Starts on 16/02
- Contract: fixed-term, stable over time.
- Salary: €22,800 per year + 5% variable based on KPIs.
- On-site work in Madrid (Avenida de la Ilustración area).
- Career plan.
