Telephone Sales Agent with English

Do you have a native or fluent level of English? Do you have previous experience in customer service?

You will join a french company based on technical design through which they commercialize different types of digital services like website creation, movies, video games, VPN, online shopping, drone rental services, scooters and cell phone recycling.

Your main functions will be:

• You will manage the needs of our clients (request managment, refund, negotiation).
• You will understand or identify the reason of the call (request, consult, support).
• You will report the client about the characteristic of our services and by part of the decision process.
• You will apply the processes set by the company and ensure the highest customer loyalty with the best possible quality.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a native level of English
• You have at least 1 year of experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service
• You have communication skills
• You have negotiation and creative skills
• You are interested in new technologies and multimedia
• You are compromised with the clients
