As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to retain and expand this book of business by identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring clients consistently receive exceptional value from our cybersecurity solutions.
What you'll do
- Retain and expand an existing book of business by identifying growth opportunities and delivering consistent value to clients;
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities through strategic, data-informed assessments and pipeline analysis;
- Build strong client relationships via proactive outbound calls and video meetings, effectively showcasing the full range and quality of the company's products and services;
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on revenue growth, customer engagement, and activity benchmarks;
- Maintain accurate CRM records, generate customer quotes, process orders efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to drive partner and customer success.
