We are looking for someone with great communication skills that is going to prepare customs entry documentation and check if they are completed correctly and also contact customers to provide any help needed.

• English (C1) + Another European Language (B2/C1);
• Experience as a Collections officer | Financial Representative;
• Customer focused with excellent communication skill;
• Degree in Finance/Economics or similar;
• Good knowledge of Excel (+SAP optional);

• Full- time from Monday to Friday + Hybrid work mode;
