Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via chat and email, delivering fast and accurate support;
• Provide assistance with basic product and service inquiries;
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when needed;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues;
• Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and a helpful attitude.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Icelandic with strong English communication skills;
• Previous experience in customer or technical support is an advantage;
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset;
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools or systems.
