What will you do?
- Support international travellers by clarifying service and payment inquiries
- Communicate with customers and accommodation suppliers via email and phone
- Ensure high-quality customer service by identifying and understanding customer needs
- Mediate between parties and resolve issues with professionalism
- Follow set procedures and accurately log all interactions
- Work in a team-oriented environment to ensure service excellence
Candidate profile
- Icelandic C2 level and advanced English proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills (Office 365, CRM, internal platforms)
- Problem-solving mindset and solution-driven approach
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
- Adaptable to changing priorities and business processes
- Affinity with accommodation platforms
- Previous customer service experience is valued
Employer offers
- 38.5h/week (Monday to Sunday), shift 09:00 - 20:00h
