What’s the job?
We’ve partnered with an awesome global company, and they are looking for Polish speakers to join their customer support crew. You will be helping people out with technical questions via phone, chat, or email. (Fun fact: We even have a project that is 100% email-only—no phone calls! ????).
Problem-solving pro: You will navigate internet-based apps and MS Office like a champ to deliver prompt, accurate solutions to your customers.
Adaptable & flexible: Things move fast here! You will work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, rolling with new processes easily—whether you are crushing it independently or collaborating with your amazing new team
REQUIREMENTS
- Languages: Bilingual in Polish and English (B2/C1 level) in both spoken and written communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or technical support is required (ideally within a helpdesk or IT-related environment).
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus excellent computer literacy.
OFFER
- Base Salary: €1,300 gross per month (paid across 14 salary payments per year).
- Allowances: €85 net monthly meal allowance + €65 gross transport benefit.
- Shift Bonuses: Enjoy a 25% salary increase for night shifts (from 10:00 PM) and a 75% salary increase for Sunday shifts.
- Special Bonus: €1,000 Sign-on Bonus specifically for Polish speakers (paid in 2 installments).
RELOCATION - Travel & Housing: We book and pay for your flight tickets and provide 2 weeks of free accommodation (hotel or Airbnb) upon arrival.
- Settling In: Receive dedicated rental support from a real estate agent, help with all necessary Greek work documents, and a €350 deposit reimbursement for your new apartment.
- Health & Wellbeing: Private health insurance, discounts on a nearby gym, and mandatory wellness coaching sessions and group activities to ensure you feel supported and adjusted in your new role!
