DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Spanish market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting existing customers to expand their business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving ambitious sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory)
- Fluent English (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within B2B services
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Experience in new business development and client acquisition
