What you'll do
- Support the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures across the organization;
- Assist with occupational health activities, including medical examinations, consultations, and clinic management;
- Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal and company standards;
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, first aid, and fire safety training sessions;
- Investigate occupational accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up actions;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and promote employee well-being.
