Daily responsibilities:
- Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, and tickets) from restaurant partners and customers
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and platform use
- Deliver empathetic and professional support across all service channels
- Follow quality and response guidelines to ensure consistent service
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as requested by the project
