- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email (minimal voice calls)
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Follow company communication guidelines and procedures
- Escalate complex cases when necessary while keeping the customer informed
- Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously
