Customer Service Advisor with Dutch & French - Belgian Mkt

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Follow company guidelines and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS
- C2 level of Dutch/Flemish and French
- B2 level or above of English
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

OFFER
- 38.5 hours/week. Day schedules between 10:00 - 18:00 pm, from Monday to Sunday
- Salary: €22.660 gross/year - Temporary contract
