Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Assist with non-technical inquiries and troubleshooting for popular digital platforms
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service

Digital Trust and Safety Specialist (Czech + English)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (onsite – Work From Office)

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate online content and ads based on internal guidelines
• Identify and remove sensitive or inappropriate material
• Help ensure a safe and positive online experience for users

• Native or fluent Czech or Slovak (C2)
• English (B2 or higher)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ready to work onsite in Sofia
