About the Role
As an Operations Customer Expert supporting Meta Platforms, you’ll work with advertisers using Facebook and Instagram. Your role is to provide post-sales support, help resolve technical issues, and guide clients in getting the most out of their advertising campaigns.
You’ll be part of a multilingual team in a fast-paced environment, supporting small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to improve their advertising performance and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone
Handle both inbound and outbound communication to resolve customer queries efficiently
Deliver pre- and post-sales support across self-service advertising products
Guide clients on how to use advertising tools and improve campaign performance
Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs when needed
Identify recurring client challenges and contribute to long-term solutions
Work closely with your team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Working Hours
40 hours per week
8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break
Rotational schedule, Monday to Sunday
Operating hours: 07:00 to 00:00
