Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities
  • Drive extraordinary customer growth by thinking bigger in every engagement — always looking for ways to increase pitch size while being anchored in customer value.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to proactively win back market share from key digital performers.
  • Drive customer growth via Google Ads by leading media planning, campaign optimization, and troubleshooting to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer proximity with their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer, and optimizing their advertising with product expertise.
  • Update and upskill clients on recommended Google products, solutions or strategies across Search, Display, YouTube and Apps.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, or account management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and managing objections.
  • Experience with working and selling Google’s cross-channel products - performance (Search and PMax), upper funnel (YouTube, DemandGen) and privacy and measurement solutions.
  • Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership.
