Marketing Specialist - Stage Anatomage Italy srl is looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist for the European medical education market. The marketing activity will be mainly addressed to universities and secondary level education but also towards simulation centers, hospitals and other kinds of institutions. Job responsibilities : • Analyse market, design, along with Management, and implement marketing strategies. • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media or digital campaigns, congress activities and brand events. The employee will be asked to travel up to 25% of the monthly working time. • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns. • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations. • Create marketing content (collaterals, case studies, brochures, flyers, general advertising copy, etc.). • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media (experience with WordPress will be considered a plus) • Create and develop video and audio content for product marketing videos, customer stories, promotional social videos, and other video projects. • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs. • Use online market research and catalog findings to database, update database entries with new information. • Remain fully informed on market trends and perform research for the creation of new marketing material and campaigns. • Assist Sales team with additional activities and projects as needed. • Meet and exceed annual performance standards and objectives, all other responsibilities as directed by management. • Identify and manage, together with Sales & Application, Key Opinion Leaders across the EMEA Region Qualifications : • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task. • Understanding of how to make shareable content for a variety of media and platforms. • Proven ability to identify stories/creative that will connect with the audience. • Strong understanding of digital video and social media platforms. • Solid understanding of metrics and analytics for reporting purposes (knowledge and experience with Google Ads will be considered a plus). • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and critical thinking. • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision. • Good organizational skills and a goal-oriented attitude. A must-have requisite is a good level of English (C1). The knowledge of other languages is considered a plus. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field. Type of contract : full time, stage.
