B2B Administrative Services Specialist with German

For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-
of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking
for – B2B Administrative Services Specialist with German (No Calls).

Responsibilities:
*Handle contract tasks, including order processing and cancellations, via email communication;
*Ensure contract compliance and accuracy in line with internal policies;
*Collaborate with internal teams and B2B clients to resolve contract inquiries through email;
*Oversee invoicing and credit processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions;
*Assist in integrating new products into existing business processes;
*Provide administrative support, managing contract-related communications and documentation;
*Maintain organized records of contract communications and amendments.

Qualifications:
*Advanced proficiency in German (B2 level) and intermediate English skills;
*Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or back-office operations;
*Experience in B2B environments is preferred;
*Skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
*Experience with CRM systems and call center software;
*Results-driven, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
