Do you want to build your customer service career in Lisbon? Our client is looking for a Flemish OR Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team in Portugal.

Support customers of a leading home appliances brand by handling warranty-related inquiries via phone and email. Enjoy a stable Monday to Saturday schedule while working in a dynamic international environment.

What will you do?
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
  • Answer questions related to warranty coverage
  • Support customers with issues regarding home appliances
  • Deliver professional and customer-focused service
  • Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed
Candidate profile
  • Native or near-native level of Flemish OR Dutch (C2)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge from a user's perspective
  • Experience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
  • Based in Lisbon
