What will you do?
-Provide support and assistance to customers via calls, emails, and chats.
-Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to effective solutions.
-Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product updates and troubleshooting techniques.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
Candidate profile
-(Near) Native level in French.
-Good communication skills in English (B2+ level).
-Good communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
-Computer knowledge/tech savviness.
-Resourceful, able in multitasking.
-Willing and able to adapt to changes.
-Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
Prior customer support experience will be considered as an advantage.
