Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in the electric vehicle industry with inquiries and issues.
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality service.
- Work rotating shifts within the operating hours (Monday-Sunday 8 am - 7 pm).
