DESCRIPTION
Would you like to build an international career while enjoying life in the Mediterranean? We are currently looking for motivated French-speaking candidates for several work-from-home projects based in Greece.
You will support users of a well-known international service in either a customer support or technical support function. Full training is provided, along with a generous relocation package to help you start your new life abroad.
Please note that this role can only be performed from within Greece. Relocation support is provided by the employer.

Your Responsibilities
- Support French-speaking customers via phone and chat
- Handle customer support or technical support inquiries depending on your assigned team
- Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity
- Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features
- Deliver accurate real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
Your Profile
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
