What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll be reviewing and moderating user-generated content on behalf of a major online platform — ensuring it meets community standards and stays within legal and ethical guidelines. Day-to-day, that means:

    Reviewing Dutch-language content including text, images, and video across digital platforms
    Applying platform policies consistently and accurately
    Identifying and actioning content that violates community guidelines
    Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams
    Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment

No experience in content moderation? No problem. You'll receive full paid training from day one — everything you need to hit the ground running is included.

You'll Thrive Here If You...

•     Speak Dutch at a native or near-native level
•     Can communicate comfortably in English for internal use
•     Have strong attention to detail and sound judgment
•     Can stay objective and composed when reviewing sensitive or challenging content

Experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or customer support is a plus — but not required. What matters most is your ability to think critically and act with consistency.
