Your role
- You will provide Danish-language customer service via phone, chat, and email
- You will ensure a positive brand image in every customer interaction
- You will resolve customer inquiries and various issues with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude
- You will identify and analyze errors and problems
- In some roles, there is also the opportunity to make additional sales and earn commission
REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for
- Excellent Danish language skills and good English (written and spoken)
- Interest in customer service and a desire to help customers
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
