DESCRIPTION
We are looking for junior Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing iGaming company in Limassol.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will communicate with the company’s clients and assist them with their inquiries. You will represent the company’s brand, ensuring a professional, polite, and responsible customer experience.

  • Assist customers via live chat and email (majority of interactions)
  • Handle up to 3 chats simultaneously
  • Limited inbound phone calls
  • Verify customer documentation (ID checks)
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis
REQUIREMENTS
  • Serious candidates ready to commit long-term
  • Fluent Portuguese and English speakers
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support 
  • Positive, down-to-earth, and polite personality
  • Availability to work shifts (including nights)
  • European passport (mandatory)
OFFER
  • €1,800 gross per month
  • Performance bonus up to €250/month (based on customer satisfaction and productivity)
