Buscamos Agentes de Contact Center con español fluido o nativo y con fuerte orientación comercial para integrar nuestro equipo dedicado al mercado español. La función principal será la venta de productos de seguros a clientes en España, gestionando llamadas salientes y siguiendo las estrategias comerciales definidas.

Responsabilidades:
  • Realizar gestiones comerciales telefónicas para la venta de seguros al mercado español.
  • Identificar necesidades del cliente, presentar propuestas y gestionar objeciones.
  • Registro de información en el sistema.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos individuales de rendimiento y métricas establecidas.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experiencia en ventas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas.
  • Español fluido/nativo
  • Ubicado en Lisboa
  • Disponible para trabajar en modalidad presencial
