DESCRIPTION
Do you want to build a long-term career in technical support while enjoying life on the Costa del Sol? Our client is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Malaga Tech Park.
Support customers using smart-lock technology while working in a stable environment that offers hybrid flexibility after onboarding.
About the company
Our client is based in Malaga Tech Park, approximately 25 minutes by bus from the city. Due to the location, living in Malaga or having access to a car is important. They work exclusively with a famous company developing an app-driven smart lock system for home doors.
What will you do?
- Provide technical customer support.
- Handle minor translation tasks.
- Manage a very low volume of inquiries (around 5 calls and emails per day).
- Use the in-house technical lab to learn the product and improve support quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Basic technical understanding; no formal technical background required.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and concepts.
- Strong motivation for stability and long-term growth within the company.
