We have exciting opportunities for Full-Time German-Speaking Content Moderators/Customer Support Agents in sunny Malta!

As a Content Moderator, you’ll play a crucial role in reviewing content across various marketplaces/apps, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws. By doing so, you’ll contribute to a secure online space for users to interact with each other.

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll professionally respond to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls).

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: We offer a hybrid working environment in Malta. This role can be done fully remotely between your home in Malta or the work office in Qormi, Malta.
