We’re hiring a German-speaking Business Development Rep to join one of the world’s leading toy and game manufacturers. This is a sales-focused role where you’ll build relationships with independent retailers and grow our presence in the DACH market.

• Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships quickly

• Understand customer needs and close B2B sales

• Plan and deliver high-quality trade fair experiences

• Confident, engaging communicator who can grab attention fast

• Target-driven and motivated by results

• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection

• Natural salesperson who can influence and persuade

• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills

• €40,000 base salary + commission (OTE €45,600)
