Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team with offices in Cyprus (headquarters), Malta, Panama and Bulgaria.
To make outbound calls to players to assist with players using the site to increase activity, retention and reactivation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making daily outbound calls and follow ups
- Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products
- Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering
- Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and
- Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support
REQUIREMENTS
- An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers
- A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions.
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
- Native Greek speaker and English are required
- An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
- Target oriented and driven by achieving goals
