DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, with a focus on leveraging Swedish and Polish speaking talent pools.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including creating compelling job postings and representing the company at recruitment events and job fairs.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Swedish and/or Polish and English is required, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal or external recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting volume recruitments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment techniques and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for helping others succeed.
