Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and
industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals while driving customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Own a portfolio of large businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying constant opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support marketing discussions and budgets, while developing and maintaining a pipeline that helps to manage the business and maximize impact.
- Partner with team members and a set of cross-functional partners to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth, while exhibiting stakeholder management internally and externally alongside relationship building with the end customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and promoting.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy while demonstrating thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders while thinking strategically and developing action plans.
