€1,450 gross monthly salary + €65 gross monthly allowance + €85 net monthly meal allowance + Private Health & Life Insurance
Are you fluent in Dutch and English with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a motivated Bilingual Dutch/English Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, and email, helping to resolve technical issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver professional customer support through voice, chat, and email.
Assist customers with technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and contribute to team initiatives.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
Stay up to date with products, services, and company procedures.
What We're Looking For

Native or C1/C2 Dutch language skills.
B2 English level or higher.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, help desk, or IT support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, internet-based applications, and other PC software.
Experience supporting customers via phone and email.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Willingness to complete a background screening.
