Salary package: 18,896 EUR gross p/a
€1,100 gross per month (14 payments per year)
€150 gross fixed bonus per month (11 payments per year)
Approx. €167 net meal allowance per month (11 payments per year)
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday, 24x 7 (rotative shifts, sometimes but not often a night shift)
Relocation package:
- Furnished room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months

As a Dutch speaking Customer Advisor, you will provide empathetic, accurate, and regulatory-compliant support to patients and healthcare professionals using innovative diabetes care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer care and technical assistance for medical devices across European markets
- Support patients with product usage through phone, email, chat, and SMS
- Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance for medical diabetes devices and accessories
- Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in line with company procedures
- Apply active listening and empathy when supporting patients in sensitive situations
- Follow defined procedures, scripts, and compliance standards to ensure patient safety
