We are looking for British Talents to join our Agent Pool for an opportunity to participate on a variety of projects like Inbound Call management, Market Surveys, Lead Generation, Sales and other Premium Contact Center Projects with us.
Our immediate opportunity is a premium inbound customer care project in the Hospitality industry. In case you qualify yourself to our talent pool, with our qualification process before the 15th of March and join our project already in the last week of March!
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for you in case you have:
- Call Center or other Customer Service Experience (2yrs+)
- Experience in Hospitality is an advantage
- Computing Skills, strong user level
- Strong multitasker, fast typing skills
- You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
- British English is your mother tongue language
- You have excellent communication skills
- College or University Degree is also an advantage

- Processor: 1.8Ghz upwards (64bit preferable)
- RAM: 8 GB RAM upwards
