· Active communication with customers by email, chat or phone (incoming calls);
· Responding to inquiries regarding the operation of a service or the status of a product;
· Document correspondence with clients quickly and accurately;
· Entering and maintaining customer information in the company's internal database.
· Excellent written and spoken German language – B2/C1 level;
· Experience in customer facing role would be considered as an advantage;
· Strong skills for quick and effective solving of different types of cases;
· MS Office knowledge.
