Role: German speaking Trainee Sales Coach

Salary: 1450 EUR gross p/m (paid 14x p/a) plus 25% monthly performance bonus plus 100 EUR meal vouchers p/m 

Hours: 40 hrs per week office hrs

Relocation package: flight to Athens, 4 weeks accommodation on arrival plus assistance in finding a place to live.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership and coaching skills while staying close to the sales floor. You’ll work alongside seasoned coaches, learning how to mentor and support a team, shape training content, and elevate performance - all while contributing directly to the success of a dynamic sales operation.

Deliver training and coaching sessions focused on core sales techniques, product insights, and customer engagement strategies.

Support the development of training materials and share your ideas to keep them fresh, practical, and aligned with sales goals.

Help monitor sales team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in delivering targeted support.

Provide peer support and guidance through role-plays, Q&A sessions, and one-on-one check-ins.

Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-energy learning environment.

Act as a trusted point of contact for newer agents as they ramp up and settle into the team.
