Client Relation Specialist with Bulgarian

Your duties:

• Being responsible for sales calls and building relations with clients from Bulgarian market
• Finalize the sales process and upgrading the value of the order
• Cooperating closely with support and back office teams to ensure customer service to ensure full service for our customers.

Our requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably via phone
• Excellent command of Bulgarian and good command of English (min. B2 level)
• Technical skills- we are using CRM tools, video conferencing, and other digital sales platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and goal orientation
