Collections Agent - French

???? Your Responsibilities: 

✔ Manage a portfolio of clients within an international setting ???? 

✔ Ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts 

✔ Handle customer complaints and forward them to the relevant subsidiaries 

✔ Retrieve missing accounting information via phone and email ???? 

✔ Diplomatically negotiate and reinforce company policies 

✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints 

✔ Identify and propose solutions for customer account issues 

✔ Build strong relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external contacts (clients) 

???? We’re Looking For: 

???? Fluent in French (C1) 

???? English (B1) 

???? Advanced Excel & SAP skills 

???? 3+ years of experience in cash collection or a similar role (experience in a shared service center is a plus) 

???? Strong finance knowledge and attention to detail
