What will you do?
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel
- Conduct customer outreach via phone, email, video, and social media
- Identify relevant alternative decision-makers using professional tools and research methods
- Ensure adherence to response-time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences
- Actively manage and progress the sales pipeline
- Document all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team to support the customer journey
- Review and report daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
