Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues, offering information about products, services, and processes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Native fluency in English (Mandatory).
- Previous experience in a customer service role (valued).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications (valued).
