DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
· Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
· Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
· Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or another format daily
· Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
· Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
· Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
· Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
· Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met
· Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions
- Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project
Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications we seek in you!
· Proficient level of Dutch min B2
· Very good level of English min B2
· Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset
· High School Degree
Preferred qualifications
· Trust & Safety Experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderation
· Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review
· Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
· Accurate and critical work attitude
