We're partnering with a fast growing Hospitality SaaS company that's transforming the hospitality industry across Europe. They're looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Onboarding Manager to guide new clients from signed contract to successful launch.
What you'll do:
- Lead onboarding projects for new restaurant customers
- Deliver engaging product training and implementation sessions
- Become the trusted partner for customers during go-live
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Identify ways to improve the onboarding experience and drive adoption
REQUIREMENTS
You bring:
✔ Fluent Dutch & English
✔ Customer-facing experience (Customer Success, Hospitality, Training, Account Management or similar)
✔ Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
✔ Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
