Dutch-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: €1,690 gross per month
Working Model: Hybrid — 1 week per month working from the Sofia office
Languages: Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our international team in Sofia. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support while managing logistics and delivery-related enquiries.
You will communicate with customers, vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure packages are delivered efficiently and any issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.
• Track shipments and provide customers with accurate updates regarding their deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, delays, missing packages, and other logistics-related enquiries.
• Coordinate with consumers, vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Follow established client policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics activities.
• Stay up to date with relevant client products, services, policies, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team performance.
Candidate Requirements
• Fluent Dutch — C1/C2 level.
• Good English — B2 level or above.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, contact centre, or a similar role.
• Experience within logistics, delivery, e-commerce, or transportation is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace/Suite.
• Customer-focused, professional, and reliable approach.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to an international team.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
