REQUIREMENTS
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It!):
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice that brings our clients’ brands to life!
- Language Pro: Be fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written) to charm our customers.
- Customer Whisperer: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and our chat platforms with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Team Player: Collaborate and adapt as we tackle new challenges and changing needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Navigate our systems like a pro and help improve our processes.
- Empathy Ambassador: Build rapport, assist with orders, and resolve customer queries swiftly and efficiently.
