DESCRIPTION
As a Customer or Technical Support Agent, you will represent a Belgian company that is part of a large international group.
An international customer experience and contact center company providing high-quality customer support services to well-known global brands. You will support customers with a wide range of inquiries, including password issues, updating personal information, missing orders, requests for tax certificates, and more.
Your role is to listen carefully, fully understand the customer’s needs, and provide the most efficient and effective solution. You ensure that every customer receives excellent service in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner, leaving the interaction satisfied.
REQUIREMENTS
About You
- You communicate professionally and are solution-oriented
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English
- You perform well under pressure and remain focused on the customer, even during busy periods
- You are eager to learn, quick to absorb information, and able to work independently
- Customer satisfaction is always your top priority
- Previous experience in customer service is a strong plus
