For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for  –  Trust Analyst with Dutch (Welcome Bonus/Relocation to Sofia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze platform activities to detect fraudulent behavior, policy violations, and emerging threats;
• Investigate and respond to trust and safety incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution;
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance platform security;
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and legal teams to refine safety policies and enforcement mechanisms;
• Assist in content moderation and enforcement of community guidelines;
• Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving online threats to improve safety protocols;
• Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch with strong proficiency in English;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as a data analysis or similar, or relevant work experience is a plus;
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, content moderation, or similar areas - an additional advantage;
• Strong analytical skills to identify and understand suspicious activity;
• Familiar with online platforms, good at problem-solving and communication;
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing high volumes of  information
