Customer advisor for Sustainable Energy support , you will assist customers dealing with Wind , Solar and other Green energy projects.  

• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails in Dutch
• Assist with invoices, reminders, and payments, including payment plans and late fees
• Support tariff changes, contract questions, and retention requests
• Handle complaints such as overcharges or incorrect billing
• Manage customer moves and service activations
• Address both practical and emotional customer needs with empathy
• Identify and act on service-oriented sales opportunities
• Perform additional tasks such as contacting customers with open debts

• Native-level Dutch (spoken and written)
• Good English for internal communication
• Minimum: secondary school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 6 months’ experience in customer service or contact centre is an advantage
• Strong computer skills (comfortable with 4–5 systems)
• CRM system knowledge is an asset
• Good multitasking ability (calls, emails, chat)
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication
• Confident, empathetic, and able to lead conversations professionally

• Office-based Sofia: €1,804
• Virtual Sofia: €1,675
• Performance bonus: Up to €100/month gross
• Working hours:
• Monday–Friday 09:00–19:00
• Saturday 09:00–17:30
• 40 hours/week (full-time)
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes (paid) + 1 x 30 minutes lunch 
• Training: Paid, structured in 11 days across modules
• Contract type: Permanent, with opportunities for Senior Agent and Team Lead roles
