Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking to build an international career in Bulgaria? We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join an international team in Sofia as a Logistics & Delivery Advisor with Dutch and English.
Your Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment while supporting customers with delivery and shipment-related enquiries.
The Role
As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor, you will provide professional customer support and assist customers with questions related to their shipments and deliveries.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Assist customers with enquiries regarding delivered, undelivered, and lost shipments
- Investigate customer queries and provide accurate information
- Guide customers towards appropriate solutions
- Escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as within an international team
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar position is an advantage
- Flexibility to work according to the required schedule
- Motivation to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
