Our client is a global meal-kit company that delivers pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes directly to customers’ homes, helping them prepare fresh, home-cooked meals with convenience and confidence.

The job includes

Perform customer service and reactivation activities through direct digital channels (voice outbound, email, and chat), supporting customers

by clarifying questions, assisting with subscription management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will support their customers across  several European markets as part of a multilingual team. The role involves contacting former or

inactive subscribers, addressing obstacles preventing reactivation, promoting meal-kit solutions tailored to customer needs, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The activities

- Being the point of contact for customers across the assigned market(s).

- Conducting reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to return.

- Clarifying questions related to meal-kit plans, delivery schedules, subscription flexibility, and recipe options.

- Ensuring smooth customer experiences through accurate information sharing and effective problem resolution.

- Supporting quality service delivery.

- Contributing to the achievement of company operationalobjectives.

- Proficient level of Dutch speaker

- EU citizen

- Interested in working and living in Lisbon, Portugal

- Good communication skills
